We are Retail Management Hero (RMH) and our mission is to make software retailers love.
Our flagship product, RMH POS, was launched in 2016 to give small-to-medium size retailers a next-generation replacement solution for the end-of-life Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS). A few years later in 2019, RMH Central was released to provide multi-store retailer operators the capability to manage all their store systems from a centralized location. Today, RMH software, sold and serviced through a worldwide network of highly trained and Certified regional Distributors and Resellers, can be found in thousands of specialty retail shops across the globe.
The core RMH software includes a robust set of features and functions ‘out of the box’ to meet the business requirements of a wide variety of retailers. For those retailers with unique or enhanced requirements, RMH’s open architecture can be leveraged to build customizations, extensions, add-ons and integrations including ERP, e-commerce and payment processing solutions.

Jeff Riley, CEO
I feel privileged and passionate about the responsibility I have with RMH to lead our team and partner community around the world. Our mission on the RMH team is to develop software that retailers love. We offer our software through an authorized community of partners who specialize in understanding your business needs, implementing RMH to meet those needs and providing ongoing service and support as your business grows and needs change. Throughout my 30+ year career in high-tech I have had the opportunity to work in product management, business development, IT, and Mergers & Acquisitions for large and small companies and with a lot of focus on international partnerships. During my time at Microsoft I was responsible for the partner program and sales & marketing of Microsoft RMS. It was during this time that I fell in love with retail technology and opportunity to help independent and growth-minded retailers apply it to their businesses.
Anthony Ludmilin, Chief Technology Officer
I oversee the company’s technological vision. I guide our product architecture and identify areas of innovation to enhance efficiency and technical excellence. I advance partnerships, technology platforms, and relationships with resellers and vendors to increase our profitably and competitive advantage.
I have more than 35 years of experience in Information Technology and more than 17 years in Retail Technology alone. I am Microsoft Certified Software Developer, Database Administrator, Systems Engineer and Trainer. Back in 2005 I transformed my technical support and networking company into a successful reseller of RMS. We also became an ISV developer specializing in custom workflows, tools and popular customer loyalty programs which were used by thousands of users. In 2015 my company became one of the founding partners of Retail Management Hero.
My past experience of being not just software developer and architect, but also a systems- and user-facing support engineer, gives me unique perspective into the customers' needs and experiences, which I use to make Retail Management Hero a great product which our customers and resellers love.
Anastas Daskalov, Director of Software Development
At Retail Management Hero I direct the software engineering, maintenance, and support of our product suite of applications.
I bring more than 25 years of technology leadership experience in Retail, Finance, Healthcare, and Consulting. In my early career, I have overseen the delivery of complex products in a number of large public corporations. I have also been Partner and Board Member of three technology startups where I steered their growth from inception through maturity. I hold a Bachelors Degree of Computer Science and a number of technology and project management certifications including AWS Solutions Architect, PMI-ACP, PMI-PMP, and ITSM/ITIL.
As technology leader my highest priority is to satisfy our customers through early and continuous delivery of valuable software. I am striving to build a software development organization around motivated individuals. I give them the environment and support they need and trust them to get the job done.
Israel Morrison, Director of Sales & Marketing
As Sales & Marketing Director, I’m the primary sales contact and oversee the day-to-day business activities of our international Distributor and Reseller community as well as work with a wide variety of industry partners. I also travel regularly to represent the RMH product and brand at many regional industry events so if you see me out in the field, please stop by for a handshake, I’d love to learn more about your business.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and have been exclusively focused on the point-of-sale field since I started my career in the software industry over a decade ago. Through this experience, I’ve helped customers and partners grow their businesses by listening and understanding the unique needs and requirements of each organization while striving to always do so in an honest and transparent fashion.
When I’m not working you can find me hiking in the Nevada mountains and deserts, trying my hand at a new plant based food recipe with friends & family or cheering on my favorite sports teams.
Neil Gladner, Product Manager
For most of my adult life, I have been in retail. What started as a part-time job in college led to a career in the industry. My attraction to retail was the constant changes in the market. No two days were the same and stakeholders were constantly pushing for sales and profit increases while reducing expenses.
In the forty years that have passed, retail practice has continued to evolve. Store design, product selection, merchandising, advertising and more are constantly in flux. Online purchasing increased the daily challenge in traditional brick and mortar stores. Conventional retailers need to sell more product while reducing expenses, often at a lower margin to be competitive.
As Product Manager for RMH, I look to solve problems. This typically means adding functionality that improves the business flow for our customers. Accomplishing this goal involves evaluating features and use cases, input from our partners, looking into the future and listening to the retail user. Simply stated, developing a POS system that retailers love to use!
Away from work, I enjoy the outdoors, travel, exploring new restaurants, cooking and working on my reef aquarium hobby.
Lisa Jackson Machalski, Chief Operating Officer
I’m a licensed CPA living in the San Juan Islands in the Pacific Northwest. Professionally, I have owned as well as operated several businesses – internationally and stateside in various industries. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my little Papillion, Foukie. I enjoy painting, gardening and genealogy as well as being an avid reader.
